Partnering with Theory of Purpose and Shibani Belwalkar marked a pivotal moment for our newly formed Executive Committee. She and her team played a critical role in helping us transition from a group of individual functional leaders into a unified, high-performing leadership team. Her focus on trust-building and collaboration led to tangible results within six months, cross-functional projects increased by 20%, and our key stakeholder engagement scores rose from 3.5 to 4.0. Most notably, attrition among high-potential talent dropped from 26% to 15% over the year. But beyond the metrics, Theory of Purpose helped us build a deeper sense of shared purpose and camaraderie. We now challenge each other constructively and show up as one team. That cultural shift is her most profound contribution.

The highlight of the FCSI Connect 2023 was Shibani’s presence as a Lead speaker. The overall score on her session was 4.8. She delivered a captivating talk about finding purpose. Her perspective on purposeful cultures and collaboration struck a chord with our community, sparking meaningful conversations long after her session ended. Many of our attendees shared that her talk was one of the highlights of the conference which is a testament to the impact she had on our group. We’re grateful for the insight, inspiration, and energy she brought to the stage. She and her team at theory of Purpose continue supporting members of the association as we maneuver through different mandates and requirements, consistently focusing on collaborative, collective purpose.
